Observed directly in the captures

  • Every section, field label, and field order on the tab, in the layout shown.
  • Loan Type options: blank, Premium Finance – Life, Premium Finance – Annuity, Collateral Assignment.
  • Tranche Status options: Scheduled (default), Pending Approval, Funded, Deferred, Cancelled.
  • The Interest Rate Basis placeholder and the MM/DD/YYYY date placeholders.
  • Empty-state copy, the tranche count pill, Add Tranche and Remove buttons.
  • All eleven schedule columns and all six summary tiles, including the em dash in Final LTV when no cash value is present.
  • The Kaizen control in both its unchecked and checked states.
  • Both footnotes and the page footer.

Filled in — not seen in the captures

  • Option lists for Loan Status, Collateral Type, Trust Type, Trust State, Collateral Assignment, Assignment Type, Renewal Option and Exit Strategy. These come from the internal mockup and may not match UAT.
  • The calculation formulas. The on-screen note confirms Total Disbursement, Cumulative Loan and LTV are derived; the exact arithmetic is our reading, checked against the mockup's worked example.
  • What the Kaizen toggle actually changes.
  • Whether "saves as you leave them" produces a visible confirmation.
  • Where Death Benefit is sourced from — it stays at $0.00 in every capture.
  • Whether Remove asks for confirmation, and whether any field is required before save.
  • Whether a Loan Status of Repaid or Default locks the schedule.
Flip the Verified / inferred switch above the screen to see this marked directly on the fields. Anything dashed in amber is a good candidate for a five-minute confirmation pass in UAT before this module goes to the floor.
